My marketing career started after college with CBS Television and after eight years I left to successfully run consumer divisions for several Fortune 500 companies. I came to real estate over eleven years ago and found my true passion. I am a strong negotiator, strategic planner and clear communicator. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, I am commited to your needs. I understand from start to finish what is involved financially, emotionally and logistically and I have the expertise to manage all successfully! I keep current with market trends and conditions and I closely watch inventory levels. Native to the northwest, I was born in Seattle and grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon only to return to Seattle after attending university. I live in Montlake with my husband and two children. We are members of St. Joseph's Church on Capitol Hill. I fill my off hours with school activities, sports and volunteering. I am active in homeless programs throughout the greater Seattle area as I feel the strong need to give back to the community that has been so good to us. I count my good fortune for being able to work in such a beautiful and diverse area. I love the unique neighborhoods, great parks, restaurants, miles of waterfront - great architecture, and sense of spirit and pride that exudes from our streets.
